CASA

Joelle enjoyed volunteering her time by working with foster kids through the CASA program. She volunteered as a court appointed advocate for kids who needed her support and her voice in their lives. Countless children were touched and blessed through her dedication to them.  In memory and honor of Joelle's heart for this program, one of the recipients of her memorial fund will be the CASA Program.
